Warranty Information
Cheer Pack North America warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one hundred eighty days (180) after the date of delivery. Warranty claims must be made in writing no later than five (5) business days after the expiration of the warranty period. Cheer Pack North America North America’s obligation under this warranty are limited solely to replacement of such products as are proven to be defective after Cheer Pack North America's inspection. The foregoing limited warranty is exclusive. Cheer Pack North America expressly disclaims and excludes any and all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose relating to the use or performance of Cheer Pack North America products. Cheer Pack North America shall not be liable for personal injury or property damages unless caused solely by Cheer Pack North America's negligence. Cheer Pack North America shall not be liable for loss of profit or other special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of Cheer Pack North America products, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if Cheer Pack North America has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
