Packaging Options
The Cheer Pack pouch is made up of three parts: straw, cap, film. Each part requires unique specialized equipment to ensure quality and a secure product.
STRAW
The straw is injection molded with precise proven technology. The straw includes critical dimensions required to ensure sealing integrity and the correct cap torque with a tamper evident feature.
CAP
Our large patented cap was specifically designed to alleviate any concerns of a choking hazard. The 32mm diameter will not pass through a small parts testing tube (the “choke tube”; CPSC standard for toys). We can also supply smaller traditional caps, sport caps and other custom solutions.
FILM
The films used are custom engineered to meet the demands of the specific product while achieving the correct barrier and shelf life as well. No BPA or Phthalates are used in the Cheer Pack. The film is produced on state-of-the-art laminating and rotogravure printing equipment. The pouch film has been modified and improved over the years. With billions of pouches, straws and caps produced we are the leader in this marketplace.
Cheer Pack manufactures and combines all of the critical components described above to deliver a package that meets or exceeds our customers’ demands. The manufacture of the components and the related process are controlled and monitored to insure that the Cheer Pack performs correctly when products are filled and dispensed.
